MEDGATE
Founded in Switzerland in 2000, Medgate operates Europe’s largest physician-run telemedicine center. From its offices at the top floor of ALBA, the company provides 24/7 access to medical care via phone, video, and chat.

With over 150 doctors and a network of more than 2,800 partner specialists, Medgate handles thousands of patient contacts daily. Its services range from acute care and prescriptions to chronic disease management and rehabilitation — all designed to make healthcare more accessible, efficient, and human-centered.

Part of the eighth floor is reserved for movement. A gym concept is currently in planning, designed to support physical wellbeing as a natural extension of ALBA’s rhythm. Whether structured training, bodywork, or slow recovery, this zone will bring energy and balance into the daily flow.

As a 100% family-owned company, Vebego offers tailored solutions —delivered through one single point of contact. The remaining space is planned for a medical practice, offering a health-forward setting within a vibrant, care-aware building.

DAYCRUNCH
Flexible work, curated presence.

On the first floor, daycrunch brings ALBA’s rhythm to life — offering offices and desks by the month, and conference rooms and break-out spaces by the hour. It’s more than a co-working space: it’s a modular layer designed for focused work, meetings, and moments of exchange. Bookings are handled digitally and access flows through the PB3 system — enabling participation without friction.

For some, it’s a gateway into ALBA HAUS. For others, it’s a stable base within a flexible routine.

Ground floor

MORE THAN AN ENTRANCE
A living threshold of care, rhythm, and exchange.

The ground floor is ALBA’s social heart — a layered arrival experience where everyday presence takes shape across distinct but interwoven zones: curated gastronomy, soft co-working, and a flexible space for events and activation.

This level includes Globegarden, a trusted child day care center, and the family-run Lindenapotheke pharmacy — both contributing to ALBA’s focus on health and care. Also located here is BLKB’s Competence Center for Business Clients and BLKB for Start-ups — a strong presence from one of Northwestern Switzerland’s leading banks, bringing access and expertise into the daily rhythm of ALBA.

The day begins here—with a quiet balance between life and work already in motion.

Lower Deck

UNDERGROUND ARRIVAL LEVEL
Direct access meets quiet infrastructure.

Below the ground floor, this level serves as ALBA’s discreet arrival zone for cyclists and early risers. Generous bike parking, secure lockers, and high-quality showers offer the essentials.

The space is integrated into the PB3 system, enabling seamless access and personalised flow. From here, tenants can transition directly into the building: take the elevator up, or stop by the ground floor for a drink or something to eat. For those arriving by car, comfortable parking is available just next door.
