Bodyweight Training @ ALBA HAUS

A group class that truly pushes you – energizing, varied, right in the middle of your workday. ALBA HAUS invites you to bodyweight, gravity, and athletic training.

Training: With Coach Dray, Unlocked Boxing Gym. For whom: Open to everyone, all levels welcome. Where: ALBA HAUS, Lachenstrasse 1, 4123 Allschwil, 1st floor. When: Every Monday, 5:00 – 6:00 PM. Starting August 10, 2026. Cost: CHF 25.– per session, payment on-site.
